20XX.09.20. Rt. thigh의 abscess 로 LMC에서 I&D시행 후 adm 중 20XX.10.02.부터 abd pain 발생하여 20XX.10.06.부터 L-tube insertion state로 있었으나 abd pain 호전되지 않아 20XX.10.13. 본원 전원, 10.13 intestinal obstruction 진단 하 explo op, 10.30 small bowel segmental resection op, wound 좋지 않은 상태에서 11.10 small bowell ananstomosis site disruption으로 Re explo op 시행 후 care 중임.

PT.dyspnea 호소없으며 SBP 100선 HR 90~100bpm 선, BT 36.3도 fever 없이 v/s stable함. S/D intake T/D 중, wound stoma bag apply 하여 green 양상으로 drain됨. cvp, foley keep 된 상태로 전반적인 상태호전.
