1.Dx : Adenovirus infection, unspecified site2.C.C : Fever, cough, sputum, vomiting, loose stool3.History : 4일전부터 C.C 있어 opd 통해 adm 함.4.Stool 검사 상 - Clostridium difficile isolation (+)5.Small bowel, Colon sono 결과 Transient SB intussusception, RLQ,Diffuse gas-fluid distended cecum, small bowels, diffuse SB wall thickening &increase peristalsisMultiple enlarged conglumerated mesenteric LNs, RLQ.-->suggesting acute infectious enteritis and mesenteric lymphadenitis
2.체온 38.5 이상 측정되며, 간헐적 또는 지속적인 발열 양상 보임.3.얼굴, 귀 부위 홍조 관찰되며, 따뜻하고 건조하거나 끈적한 피부 촉감 보임.4.HR : 135 ~ 140회/분, RR : 26 ~ 28회/분 측정됨.5.전보다 활동량 감소되며, 무기력하고 졸려함.6.기저귀 교체 횟수 감소하며, 진한 색 관찰됨.7.콧물, 기침, 인후동 호흡기 증상 동반된 상태임.8.수면 중에 자주 깸.
9.발열 시 계속 우는 모습 보임.
